Prawn Porridge

20g Sesame Oil
10g Ginger, cut into small knobs
9pc Whole Prawn (Separate head and body, body to remove shell)
500ml Hot Water
1/2cup DreamRice
1no Salted Egg, roughly smashed
25g Spinach, chopped

1. In a pot, add sesame oil, fry ginger and prawn head on medium heat till light brown
2. Pour in hot water, bring to boil, simmer for 15mins on low heat, remove prawn head
3. Add in DreamRice, bring to boil and simmer
4. When almost done, add in salted egg and prawn body, simmer till cooked
5. Finish with spinach and enjoy!
