Kimichi Fried Rice

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1bowl DreamRice, cooked
1/2no Luncheon Meat, low sodium, diced
1/2no Onion, sliced
1cup Kimchi
1no Egg, whole, beaten
𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 (Optional)
Spring Onion, chopped
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀
1. In a frying pan, heat on medium, add oil and fry onion till golden brown
2. Add in luncheon meat, fry till golden brown, add in egg to scramble
3. Add in kimchi, lightly stir fry before adding in cooked DreamRice
4. Stir fry till fragrant, plate it up
5. (Optional) Garnish with spring onion
6. Enjoy!
