Selamat Hari Raya! Here’s our Nasi Goreng recipe made with DreamRice™️ — Your Low GI Rice, a great one-pan recipe to whip up for visiting! 💚

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

2tbsp Oil, for frying
2no Shallots, chopped
1clove Garlic, chopped
15g Dried Shrimps, chopped
1no Green Chili Padi, chopped
50g Chicken Breast, sliced
15g Dried Anchovy
1cup DreamRice, cooked
15g Kicap Manis

𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵
Fried Egg
Tomatoes, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Lime, halved
Fried Shallots

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀
1. In a pan, fry shallots, garlic, dried shrimps and green chili padi till fragrant
2. Add in chicken sliced to fry till lightly golden brown
3. Add in cooked DreamRice and kicap manis, fry till golden brown
4. Garnish with fried egg, half a lime, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes & fried shallots
5. Enjoy!
