1no Red Onion, sliced
2no Garlic Clove, chopped
1no Lemongrass, lightly smash
1no Pandan Leaf
๐ช๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐
1no Cinnamon Stick, small
1no Star Anise, whole, small
1no Clove
1no Cardamom
1/2tsp Coriander Seeds
1/2cup DreamRice, raw, presoaked 30mins, drain
100g Minced Beef
1/2tsp Black Pepper Grounded
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
30g Dried Shrimp, rough chopped
125g Coconut Milk

Fried Shallots
Coriander Leaves
๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐
1. In a pot, bring chicken stock to a boil
2. Add in ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ (lemongrass, pandan leaf, garlic and shallots)
3. Add in ๐ช๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ (cinnamon stick, star anise, clove, cardamom and coriander seeds)
4. Add in DreamRice and minced beef, bring to a boil and simmer for 20mins
5. Add in turmeric powder and black pepper grounded
6. Add in dried shrimp and coconut milk, simmer for 5mins before serving
7. Garnish with fried shallots and coriander leaves
8. Enjoy!
