Portobello Mushrooms
Shallots, halved
Broccolini, peeled
Baby Carrots, washed, kept whole
Cherry Tomatoes
Garlic, clove
Rosemary
Seasonings: Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper
- Place all the vegetables & rosemary on a parchment-lined baking tray
- Season with olive oil, salt, black pepper
- Bake at 180°C for 15mins till golden brown

Salmon, portioned
Seasonings: Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Butter, Rosemary, Garlic
- On pan, sear skin side down till golden brown
- Flip the salmon over, add in butter, rosemary, garlic and baste the salmon till cooked
