Salmon Waffle Rice
Calling all salmon sashimi lovers! ๐ Add a fun, crispy twist by enjoying it with waffled DreamRice ๐ Check out our recipe below:

1cup DreamRice, cooked
180g Salmon, sashimi grade, diced
1/2no Avocado, diced
25g Mayonnaise
25g Gochujang
1tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2no Lime, juice
Oil Spray, for the waffle machine

Spring Onion, chopped
Sesame Seeds
๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐
1. Mix salmon, avocado, mayonnaise, gochujang, sesame oil and lime juice together
2. Oil spray waffle machine before pouring cooked DreamRice in, cook till golden brown, place on plate
3. Scoop over the salmon mixture
4. Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds
