We’re back with another one pan meal! 🤩 Easy to put together and great tasting, check out our Oyakodon recipe (with DreamRice™️ — Your Low GI Rice) to whip up a quick, heartwarming dinner 🤍

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
250g Boneless Chicken Thigh, cubed
1tbsp Sake, to marinate the chicken thigh
1/2no Onion, sliced
240g Dashi Stock
2tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2tbsp Mirin
1tbsp White Sugar
3no Whole Eggs, beaten

𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆
1bowl DreamRice, cooked

𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵
Leek Tops/Spring Onion, chopped
Togarashi

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀
1. Toss raw chicken thigh with 1tbsp sake, set aside
2. In a pan, combine dashi stock, light soy sauce, mirin, white sugar and onion together, bring to a boil
3. Once onions have soften, add in chicken thigh to simmer for 5mins
4. Pour in beaten eggs, simmer for 2mins before turning off heat
5. In a bowl, with piping hot cooked DreamRice, pour the cooking pan contents on top
6. Garnish with leek tops/spring onion and togarashi
7. Enjoy!
