Delcie's Mud Fudge (Vegan & Diabetic Friendly)

Sink your teeth into me, warm or cold, and you will be in love. Only at Delcie’s, my ganache is fully melted using 73% dark chocolate with dairy-free cream. You will want me more when I’m warm.
Ingredient: Wheat flour, brown rice milk (sunflower seed oil), cocoa powder, apple, agave, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, vanilla bean, tapioca starch, baking soda, baking powder, salt
deco: 74% dark chocolate, rice milk, coconut oil, vanilla
*After cutting, warm each slice in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm up to melt the dark chocolate into a molten lava texture. It will taste moist and chocolatey. We use real 74% dark chocolate couverture for this cake hence if eaten cold, it will be hard like a normal piece of chocolate. Enjoying it at room temp or warm will give u the best experience. If you do not have a microwave, you can steam cupcakes on a plate.
